Laugh at those who do not serve within our governments, remind them that if a treaty is NOT constitutional here in the USA it is NOT VALID.
Then remind those who serve within our governments that they will have no positions if our country is destroyed, that not keeping the Oath required of them is a felony/perjury/requirement for removal of the position they occupy:
– 5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office the three branches of our government, the military, all law enforcement, the heads of the States, all federal employees are required to take before assuming office.
– 5 U.S.C. 3333 requires the three branches of our government, the military, all law enforcement, the heads of the States, all federal employees sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law.
– 18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath of office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.
– 5 U.S.C. 7311 explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense for anyone employed in the United States Government to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.
The definition of “advocate” is further specified in Executive Order 10450 which for the purposes of enforcement supplements 5 U.S.C. 7311.
– Executive Order 10450 provision specifies it is a violation of 5 U.S.C. 7311 for any person taking the oath of office to advocate “the alteration … of the form of the government of the United States by unconstitutional means.”
Our form of government is defined by the Constitution of the United States.
Thus, according to Executive Order 10450 (and therefore 5 U.S. 7311) any act taken by government officials who have taken the oath of office prescribed by 5 U.S.C. 3331 which alters the form of government other then by amendment, is a criminal violation of the 5 U.S.C. 7311.
Then remember that to give sovereignty (authority/power) over the USA to a foreign entity, foreign nation, anyone else is the very definition of TREASON against America and all US citizens.
Also know that you should be contacting your constitutional sheriffs and volunteering to be trained (cspoa.org).
If they are bold enough to give our sovereignty away then they will come for you and those around you, me, our neighbors, etc sooner or later, history has shown that to be true.
Start right now calling “your” representatives and reminding them of those things, remind them also that since Congress did NOT declare a war, every person injured or killed fighting as the US (really US) Military is First Degree murder on their part – yes, under our laws they can be held responsible for every one of them.
Then remind them of the separation of powers that REQUIRES every agency that is under a specific branch ONLY has the duties of that branch.
Example: The IRS cannot make laws, regulations, etc, as they are part of the executive (enforcement) arm of our government.
The ONLY branch that can lawfully make laws, regulations,etc is the legislative branch – in particular those who are voted in to office.
They HAVE to write the law, regulation themselves.
They are allowed to have agencies, assistants that can do research, etc for them, but they cannot LAWFULLY create laws, regulations, etc.
See how far from knowing how our LEGITIMATE government works the people are.
So many “color of law” (pretend laws created by someone who looks as if they have the power to do so, but the authority was never granted to the branch they are occupying a position in) are used against the people.
People are even in illegally/unlawfully in prison for laws, regulations that are NOT lawful here in the USA.
If force is used add *terrorism to the list of crimes committed:
*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
YOU, me, everyone except for those who serve within our governments are the Militia and it is OUR constitutionally assigned duty to:
+Enforce the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
+Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which is constitutional laws ONLY),
+Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign,
and
+ “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.
