Hillary Clinton: Pay Attention!
Two Female Ex-Presidents- one of Brazil [Dilma Rousseff] and the other of Argentina [Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner] Indicted!
Congratulations to South American Democracy. Very rarely, do we read about criminal prosecution of political leaders. Even more absent is the presence of women leaders in the forefront of corruption. However, now both Dilma Rousseff and Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner are implicated as the most corrupt duo in Latin America.
Thanks to the citizens and judiciary of both countries, these women are receiving their just desert. I believed that women, men, LGBTs and any sexual variation of the aforementioned are subject to corruption on a major scale if given the opportunity.

I could give very elaborate psychosexual explanations. Yet, let us just leave the reason to equal opportunity. Corruption knows no gender nor ethnic group. Witness our own political elite, both men and women, who flounder amidst the fallen dollars of bribes.
Politicians, by nature, are panderers. Panderers are incapable of creating their own reality without asking favors from others to which they become eventually dependent. Corruption is simply the financial instrument for enhancing that politician’s dependency. Neither Obama nor Hillary are/were immune. Not even the Holy Prophet, Bernie Sanders, is above such dependency.
There is within each of these people the need to feed their egos at all cost because they feel they are special and just.
Clearly, they are neither.
What, then, do we make of Trump, the self-proclaimed billionaire? His hands are not without stain. His continuous assertions of self-created wealth is, at best suspect, if not exaggerated.
Yet, each man/woman has to determine how much corruption they will incur to achieve their stated or unconscious goals. For a career politician, process and pandering is the basis of their métier. There is no way around those two facts. How much of each does a politician have to do, is strictly up to their moral, if that exists, conscious.
In the case of Brazil’s Dilma Rousseff, she was a harden terrorist from the day she nestled in her Bulgarian father’s Communist arms. She knew no limits to what she could or would do; even if that entailed killing innocent people or kidnapping an American ambassador. For Dilma, corruption of her soul was genetically/ideologically predetermined.
On the other hand, Lady Kirchner of Argentina had an incredible mentor in her former husband, ex-President of Argentina, Nestor Kirchner whose days of eating at the trough of mendacity started way before he was the former Governor of Santa Cruz Province.
This of course is not to say that both Kirchners did not have their own folie a deux fixation with illegal bribes and fraud. I do not want to take anything away from them.
Now, Americans have ex-Sec State Hillary Clinton, whose sole achievement has been prevarication at all times, occasions, even when eating her slop at the trough of corruption. She knows no bounds to her pathological personality.

She is, suis generis, a case of constant faux-pas, lies, and financial irregularities to such an extent that neither she, nor her enabling husband, Bill Clinton, are either concerned about the consequences of their respective actions because nothing has ever been done about their inveterate pathologies.
As I have stated before, the Clintons are the landmark for American justice.
Will it accord itself accordingly?
Or, will justice assume a blind eye to their collective hauteur and incursions against this great Republic—past, present and future?

I have plead more than once for a modicum of justice to be meted out by the FBI, Attorney General and POTUS. If such may be the case, then the Republic will be saved in its entirety.
If either Hillary or Bill escape the consequences of their mendicant ways then travesty will enshroud the Republic for decades. This is a time when America must show its true self to the world.

Are we a just and noble country founded on laws that no one, neither king or POTUS, can defy?
Or are we a lame banana republic to which both the brave people of Argentina and Brazil can mock?
That is the question that the Republic must answer—once and for all. Justice must be blind. Yet it cannot be so impaired that it does not see the actions of Hillary and Bill flaunting their ways in front of our Republic. To all us veterans who fought more times than I can count, I pray that America, the beautiful, remain as the torch of justice in a world rapidly changing from bad to good.
Are we going to be part of that goodness? Or are we fixed in our own self-destructive ways?
Your silence is deafening!

The Deep State

American Crime Family Advances On The White House — Paul Craig Roberts

Has any American previously been able to run for the presidential nomination while being under investigation by the FBI for security violations?

That Hillary Rodham Clinton so easily escapes accountability
indicates the immunity of those who serve the deep state

And serve the deep state the Clintons certaintly do as is indicated by the $153 million in “speaking fees”—read bribes and payoffs—that CNN and Fox News report the Clintons have been paid by Wall Street, the mega-banks, and corporate America

This sum does not include campaign donations or bribes and donations to the Clinton Family Foundation

Mike Loftgren defines the deep state as the powerful private interest groups (the One Percent) and the more or less permanent personnel who comprise the One Percent’s operatives in the government

Despite the appearance of blatant corruption, Hillary is in the lead for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination, largely by virtue of DNC gifted SuperDelegates, not actual votes

Either American voters are inured to political corruption or something else is going on

Stephen Lendman reports Hillary, aided and abetted by the Democratic Party and election officials, is “winning” primaries through fraud

Clinton stole Iowa by rigged coin-flips, Massachusetts and Nevada by old-fashioned fraud, Arizona the same way on steroids

AZ voting was suppressed by greatly limiting the number of polling locations – forcing Arizonans to stand long hours in lines, denying thousands a chance to cast ballots once polling sites closed, or simply walking away in frustration

Many people were physically unable to stand under hot sun in line five hours to vote

In the 2012 primary, Maricopa County, Arizona (Phoenix the county seat), with over four million of the state’s 6.8 million population had 200 polling places. It had just 60 on 22 March 2016

The outcome was predictable, rigged to assure Clinton won

With 1% of the vote counted, media scoundrels declared her victory – with thousands still in line unable to vote.

Was Sanders denied victory rightfully his?

In 2008, voter turnout was 250,000, on 22 March 2016 voter turnout was just 83,000

On Wednesday, Sanders said, “(w)hat happened yesterday in Arizona should be considered a national disgrace”

Arizona was classic electoral theft

The voting process was again rigged for Clinton, perhaps an indication of what’s coming in November to stop the more popular Trump if all other methods fail

Thousands had their party affiliation changed from Democrat to Independent or other designation, preventing them from voting

In California, registered voters just received a yellow card titled "Law allows you to pick a party ballot" that offered only the choice of Democrat Party, American Independent Party, Libertarian Party. No Republican Party, thus deliberately cutting down the votes for Trump.

Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton demanded a Justice Department investigation not forthcoming

Rep. Ruben Gallego (D. Phoenix) said, “(l)ets be clear. Vote suppression happened…

The "deep state" is now openly defying the American voters

Pat Buchanan described the plot of the 1% neoconservatives to steal the Republican nomination from Donald Trump

That the plot is publicly known and not hidden behind the scenes is an indication that the few who rule America are so confident of their power, that they are not afraid to reveal that the United States is an oligarchy, not a democracy

The only purpose of voting is to put a Democratic dress on the oligarchs' choices:

http://www.theamericanconservative.com/buchanan/the-rule-or-ruin-republicans/ [2]

The oligarchs are as insouciant as the voters themselves if the oligarchs intend to put into the US Presidency a warmonger who declared the President of Russia to be “the new Hitler.”

There is no greater irresponsibility than to aid and abet conflict between heavily armed nuclear powers

Instead of a warmonger, the United States needs a President who will join with Vladimir Putin in working for peace and cooperation

The fate of the world is at stake

Do Our United States Still Exist?

Hat Tip PCR

Do The United States Still Exist? — Paul Craig Roberts

To answer the question that is the title, we have to know of what the US consists

Are we a special interest ethnic group, a collection of buildings and resources, a land mass with boundaries, or are we our Constitution?

Clearly what differentiates the US from other countries is the US Constitution. The Constitution defines us as a people

Without the Constitution we would be a different country. Therefore, to lose our Constitution is to lose our country

Does our Constitution still exist?

Let us examine the document and come to a conclusion

Our Constitution consists of a description of a Republic with three independent branches, legislative, executive, and judicial, each with its own powers, and the Bill of Rights incorporated as constitutional amendments

The Bill of Rights describes the civil liberties of citizens that cannot be violated by our government

Two articles describe the major powers of Congress, and both articles have been breached

The Constitution’s grant of “all legislative powers” to Congress has been overturned by executive orders and signing statements

The Presidents used executive orders to legislate, and used signing statements to render sections of laws passed by Congress and signed by the President into non-enforced status, for example border control immigration laws

Legislative authority has also been lost by delegating to executive branch officials the power to write the regulations that implement the laws that are passed

The right that Section 8 gives to Congress to declare war has been usurped by the executive branch

Thus, major powers given to Congress were lost to the executive branch

The First Amendment has been compromised by executive branch claims of “National Security,” by extensive "Classifications" and 4 million government security clearances exceeding the population of Norway rendering government accountability under FOIA Freedom of Information Act moot

Whistleblowers are relentlessly prosecuted, despite Federal laws protecting them

The right of assembly and public protest are overturned by arrests, bullying, tear gas, clubs, rubber bullets, water cannons, and jail terms

Free speech is also limited by political correctness and taboo topics

Dissent shows signs of gradually becoming criminalized

The Fourth Amendment is a dead letter amendment. In its place we have warrantless searches, SWAT team home invasions, strip and cavity searches at Transportation Nodes, warrantless seizures of computers, cell phones, their content, and the loss of all privacy to warrantless universal spying

The Fifth Amendment is a dead letter amendment. The criminal justice system relies on self-incrimination as plea bargains are self-incrimination produced by psychological torture, and plea bargains are the basis of conviction in 97% of all felony cases

Moreover, physical torture is a feature of the “War on Terror” despite its illegality under both US statute and International Law, also experienced by inmates in the US prison system

The Fifth Amendment’s protection against deprivation of life,
liberty, and property without due process of law has been lost to indefinite detention, executive assassination, and property takings without compensation

The Racketer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) passed in 1970. The act permits asset freezes, which are unlawful takings

The Comprehensive Forfeiture Act passed in 1984 and permits police to confiscate property on “probable cause,” which often means merely the presence of cash

The Sixth Amendment is a dead letter amendment. Prosecutors routinely withhold exculpatory evidence, and Judges at Prosecutors’ requests have limited attorneys’ ability to defend clients

The “War on Terror” introduced secret evidence and secret witnesses, making it impossible for a defendant and his attorney to defend against undisclosed evidence

The Eighth Amendment’s prohibition of excessive bail and torture are routinely violated. It is another dead letter amendment

It is paradoxical that every Civil Liberty in the Bill of Rights has been lost to a police state except for the Second Amendment, the gun rights of citizens, which have been compromised and eliminated in certain jurisdictions

An armed citizenry is inconsistent with a Police State, which the US now is

Other aspects of our legal protections were overturned, such as the long standing rule that crime requires intent

Attorney-client privilege was lost

Our Civil Liberties are often said to be “Natural Rights” to which we are entitled. However, in historical fact, Civil Liberty is a human achievement that required centuries of struggle from Alfred the Great Common Law and the Magna Carta, before and beyond

Today law as a shield of the people has been lost

The loss was gradual over time and culminated in the George W. Bush and Obama regime assaults on habeas corpus and due process

We cut down the law so that we could better chase after the Mafia

We cut down the law so that we could better chase after drug users

We cut down the law so we could better chase after tax cheats

We cut down the law so that we could better chase after child abusers

We cut down the law so that we could better chase after “terrorists”

We cut down the law so that we could better chase after whistleblowers

We cut down the law so that we could better cover up government crimes
Today the law is cut down

Any one of us can be arrested on bogus charges and be helpless to do anything about it

Public defenders became useless

Government regulators became useless

Government courts became useless

ACLU is not defending the civil liberties in the Bill of Rights that protect us from the abuse of government power, but newly invented “civil rights” not in the Constitution, such as “abortion rights, the right to homosexual marriage, and rights to preferential treatment for preferred minorities

President Obama declared his power to execute citizens by executive branch decision alone, without due process and conviction in court, and it produced barely audible protest

Historically, a government that can, without due process, throw a citizen into a dungeon or summarily execute him is considered to be a tyranny, not a democracy

By any historical definition, the United States today is a tyranny

The Donald—–The Good And Bad Of It

America will need the Almighty’s unstinting favor if Donald Trump becomes our 45th President.

Still, blessed be The Donald for running a demolition derby in the Republican primaries.

There is no hope for the future of capitalist prosperity and a free society at home and world peace abroad unless the Republican Party is destroyed, and by golly Trump may well accomplish the deed.

We need to be clear.

There is no longer a Republican Party rooted in the main street highways and byways of America.

What’s left of it is not really even the xenophobic, nativist, crypto-racist flotsam and jetsam of the populist right that The Donald is successfully calling to political arms.

The fact is, the GOP has mutated into the Warfare [Welfare] State party.

Nestled comfortably in the Imperial City, it operates a plethora of special interest rackets which underwrite its incumbents’ bi-annual electoral campaigns out in the provinces.

In the interim, GOP politicians idle their time in the capital and on foreign junkets conjuring and embellishing scary stories about terrorist threats and hostile regimes.

So doing, they perceive enemies of the American Imperium to be stalking the planet everywhere and even creeping onto these exceptional shores.

In a word, as the party of the Warfare [Welfare] State, the GOP’s main business has become promoting the agenda, campaigns, machinations and glory of the Imperial City.

Whenever its pro forma rhetoric about small government and fiscal prudence becomes inconvenient to the needs of the military/industrial/surveillance complex or the fund-raising requirements of its special interest rackets, it quickly becomes “inoperative” in the Nixon vernacular.

There is no better prototype for the new GOP than [RINO] Senators Lindsay Graham and John McCain.

Their agenda consists exclusively of promoting and superintending Washington’s [nuclear domestic and] foreign projects, occupations, alliances and maneuvers.

Cycling through Tel Aviv on a regular basis, showing up on the battlements of Kiev and lecturing the Chinese about maritime law in international waters, for example, they comically imitate the first century Roman Senators they fancy themselves to actually be.

Yet after decades in Washington, they and most of their Senate colleagues have accomplished nothing that resembles the old Republican verities.

In fact, during 2000-2006 when Republicans controlled the Congress and the White House, not a single welfare state program or agency was eliminated or even reformed.

Vast new expansions of education, Medicare, agriculture, alternative energy subsides, [illegal immigrant subsidies] and much more were piled on the pre-existing heap [heaved ship] of state.

Accordingly, the Federal spending share of GDP grew faster than at any time in history.

$4 trillion worth of new national debt incurred smashed all prior peacetime records.

Even when the likes of Graham and McCain occasionally took time from their foreign adventures, it was not to lead a charge on shrinking the Welfare State or balancing the budget.

McCain famously embraced the Wall Street bailouts in the fall of 2008, thereby ending once and for all GOP credibility on the sanctity of free markets and opposition to crony capitalism.

Graham was worse.

He embraced the dubious science of global warming, the carbon tax and the vast expansion of the regulatory state that policy implies.

In all, the GOP establishment has become an integral part of the Washington ruling class [representing the 1%].

It has no passion——only lip service—–for the anti-Washington predicate on which the party was founded.

Once upon a time, by contrast, the GOP actually stood for free markets, fiscal rectitude, hard money and minimalist government.

Calvin Coolidge did a pretty good job of it.

And even the unfairly besmirched Warren G. Harding got us out of the foreign intervention business—-a path that the great Dwight D. Eisenhower pretty consistently hewed to under the far more challenging conditions of the cold war.

But these were sons of America’s old school interior—–Massachusetts, Ohio and Kansas.

As temporary sojourners in Washington, they remained incredulous and chary of grand state missions either at home or abroad.

Harding called it returning to “normalcy”.

Coolidge said Washington’s business was to get out of the way.

And Ike actually shrank the Warfare [Welfare] state by one-third.

Ike ended Truman’s wars and started no new ones.

Ike resisted much of the Dulles’ brother’s interventionist agenda.

Ike balanced the budget and froze the New Deal as hard in place as he had the votes to achieve.

[Ike warned us to beware the government military industrial complex.]

Today’s Republican crowd bears no resemblance.

They live in the capital, fully embrace its projects and pretensions and visit the provinces as sparingly as possible.

That’s why The Donald has them so rattled, even petrified.

To be sure, there is much that is ugly, superficial and stupid about Donald Trump’s campaign platform, if you can call it that, or loose cannon oratory to be more exact.

To wit, he is loudly self-funding his own campaign and bombastically insisting that America is getting a bad deal everywhere in the world.

At the heart of his appeal are two propositions which strike terror in the hearts of the Imperial City’s GOP operatives.

The first of these propositions explicitly tells the legions of K-Street lobbies to take a hike, thereby posing a mortal threat to the fund-raising rackets which are the GOP's lifeblood.

And while the “bad deal” abroad is superficially about NAFTA and our $500 billion trade deficit with China, it is really an attack on the American Imperium.

The American people are sick and tired of the Lindsay Graham/John McCain/George Bush/neocon [drone] wars of intervention and occupation.

We resent the massive fiscal burdens of our outmoded but still far-flung alliances, forward bases and apparatus of security assistance and economic aid [with more than 1000 military installations in 156 countries

http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-worldwide-network-of-us-military-bases/5564 ]

We the people especially have no patience for the continued huge cost of our commitments to cold war relics like NATO, the stationing of troops in South Korea and the defense treaty with incorrigible [Asians] Japanese, who still blatantly rig their trade rules against American exports.

In short, The Donald is tapping a nationalist/isolationist impulse that runs deep among a weary and economically precarious Main Street public.

He is clever enough to articulate it in the bombast of what sounds like a crude trade protectionism.

If Pat Buchanan were to re-write his speech, it would be more erudite and explicit about the folly of the American Imperium, but the message would be the same.

That’s why the War Party is so desperate, and why its last great hope is the bantam weight Senator from Florida [who said The Donald wet his pants twice in debates].

In truth, Marco Rubio is an obnoxious kid who wants to be President so he can play with guns, planes, ships and bombs.

He is a pure creature of the Imperial City, even if at his young age he has idled there only since 2010.

Yet down to the last nuance of his insipid neocon worldview and monotonous [staccato] recitation of the American Exceptionalism catechism, he might as well have been born in Washington of GS-16 parents, not Cuban refugees, raised as a Congressional page, and apprenticed to the Speaker of the US House rather than serving as the same in the backwaters of Tallahassee.

What Marco Rubio is all about is Warfare [Welfare] State republicanism.

When he talks about restoring American Greatness, it is through the agency of Imperial Washington, [not American freedom and responsibility].

He has no [comprehension or] kinship with Harding, Coolidge or Eisenhower.

None of them were intent on searching the earth for monsters to destroy, as does Rubio in every single speech.

And make no mistake.

Every time this naïve smart aleck chastises Obama for weak leadership and alleged failure to get the job forcefully done in Syria, Libya, Iraq, Yemen and countless elsewheres, the ghost of John Quincy Adams should be hollering in his grave.

Stalking the globe for monsters to destroy is exactly what this would be little Napoléon [and his Democrat neocon counterpart Hillary Clinton] is [are] all about.

Likewise, none of the Republican greats would have vowed to tear-up the hard-won nuclear and trade deal with Iran on day one in office, as Rubio never stops declaiming.

Rubio’s hard core opposition to that breakthrough for peace and sanity, in fact, is a damning indictment.

The War Party in Washington and Tel Aviv has spent the last 30-years constructing a tissue of lies about the Iranian regime because both need an enemy in order to mobilize their domestic constituencies.

The truth is that despite its theocratic rebuke of Imperial Washington after the bloody and thieving reign of the Shah was peacefully ended, the Iranians have never aspired to nuclear weapons, do not conduct a remote fraction of the terrorism inflicted by Washington’s drones, bombs and cruise missiles, and have never threatened the safety and security of the American people [They got back their US impounded monies].

In denouncing the Iranian accord, Rubio is loudly embracing the 30-year tissue of lies about Iran and the destructive neocon foreign policy of which it is but one baleful extension.

So the good in The Donald at this juncture is that only he can stop Senator Marco Rubio

Only Trump’s brash bombast can finally displace the toxic neocon ideology that has mutated the GOP into the party of the Warfare [Welfare] State.

Indeed, Rubio is the very worst bag carrier for the Washington neocon establishment yet.

Even George Bush could not be persuaded to bomb Tehran owing to the thinness of the evidence and the awful implications of launching an outright genocide against an innocent Persian nation of 80 million.

Yet this strutting know-it-all who never even learned his way around the Senate, but oozes with Napoleonic pretensions and delusions of grandeur, could readily do far worse.

That brings us to Trump and what I called the Hairy Deal a few weeks back.

Even as The Donald talks up a populist-sounding storm and rebukes Imperial Washington with the insolence it richly deserves, his predicate is fundamentally wrong.

He insists that the nation’s ills stem from incompetent politicians making bad deals.

But that’s not right.

The problem is bad policies and destructive ideas in the hands of Washington’s career politicians who are extremely competent at orchestrating the machinery of the state against the liberty and prosperity of its citizens.

Thus, in the hierarchy of things screaming out for radical change, the Donald’s favorite whipping boys——-NAFTA, China’s trade practices, illegal aliens and the danger of Muslim refugees——-don’t even rank.

Nor do safeguarding the Second Amendment or building a horizontal version of Trump Towers on the Rio Grande.

The fact is, Trump has fashioned his platform by opportunistically scratching the most fearful and bigoted itches roiling the electorate.

His pitch is comprised of pure bombast and bile.

It’s based on the exceedingly dangerous proposition that what Washington needs is a smart deal maker who can make the government agencies, bureaus [and trains] run better [and on time] at home and foreign leaders run for cover abroad.

You could call it the Man-on-the-White Horse syndrome, and pity the horse.

But don’t pity the nation.

Sadly, We the People are getting what we deserve.

We have allowed both political parties, the agencies of their democratic right to rule, to betray US with impunity.

There is a dearth of new jobs in America today, for example, because the Democratic Party protects like a junkyard dog the single biggest agency of job destruction in the land.

To wit, the so-called labor legislation in the form of the social security payroll tax, minimum wage and the NLRB.

These relics of the 1930s New Deal remain the litmus tests for the Democrats’ own brand of special interest racketeering——that is, kowtowing to the unions [that put GM and many other manufacturing companies out of business and offshored American jobs].

In a global market that can mobilize labor from every rice paddy and remote hamlet on the planet, the protectionism afforded US industrial unions by the NLRB imperils the few manufacturing jobs that remain.

At the same time, the minimum wage stops new service sector jobs from being born, while the myth of social insurance—including its second generation off-spring in Obamacare——always and everywhere pushes employers to artificially conserve labor and substitute capital and technology [AI pantopticon robots].

Stated differently, the stupidest thing that Washington can do to a $40,000 per year job in an economy where labor is drastically over-priced and uncompetitive with much of the world, is to extract upwards of $17,000 worth of payroll taxes and Obamacare employer mandates before workers get a red cent of take home pay.

And, no, the solution is not to abolish social security and dump grandma in the snow.

Instead, if the community organizer who stumbled into the White House on the strength of his anti-war rhetoric had not been wedded to the Democrat’s mindless ideology of social insurance, he could have abolished the $1.2 trillion per year payroll tax entirely—–the sledge hammer that beats down upon worker living standards day in and day out—— and replaced it with a 10% consumption tax [28 basis point uniform transaction tax].

Needless to say, in a nation where only 123 million of an adult population of 252 million work full time, we could do with less consumption and more labor hours and production—-so we should tax the former, not the latter.

[In a world where US Foreign Militarism created millions of deaths and displaced refugees, we can do better than the failed Warfare Welfare State. We can restore Constitutional government of, by and for the People.]

[Trump to DC parasites and pigs, You're fired!]

Fellow citizens, our mutual prosperity depends upon due process, free economy, free elections, free speech, integrity, legal protection of liberty, life, property and self-defense.

Therefore we are the leading US Nevada Constitutional Independent Candidate for liberty, life, peace and prosperity.

We are not funded by special warfare welfare interests with anti-American conflicts of interest.

Thus we count on your self-interest and support now to win Independent Constitutional Representative Leadership for you and yours from 2016 to 2022:
Let's feel free to cancel paper propaganda, cut cable umbilical cords, eschew social media espionage, stop the cheaters, turn off TV brainwash, to think for ourselves, our business, our family, our freedom, our friends, our community, our country, our property, our state, our power.

Let's give, get out and about, to help US win freedom, peace, prosperity and American values.

Thank you.
